Our products here at MC ski are high quality, reliable, and well built. That is why we offer a 2 year warranty on all boards and skis that have defects from materials and or workmanship. If we find the product to be defective we will repair or replace it at no cost
All returns must be supported by a copy of the original receipt, name on the order, or order number.
What we cover
-Any failure or breakage caused by a defect that occurred during the construction process of the skis.
-This includes, but is not limited to Delamination, separation of materials, or major changes in the skis performance due to an error in manufacturing.
We do not cover
-Damage caused by skiing, sliding, grinding, or banging against surfaces not made of snow or ice. For example, wood, concrete, rocks, steel.
-Damage to cosmetics such as dents, chips, sun faded-graphics, rust, or normal wear and tear.
-Changes in the flex of the ski from regular use. This is normal for skis to become softer the more they are used.
-Damage caused by improper mounting or improper mounting tools or techniques.
-Damage caused by modifications made to the ski.
